Cameron M. Kenyon began his "Of Counsel" relationship with Schafer|Thomas, PC in 2001. He currently works primarily with a major passenger airline carrier in Denver, Colorado, to establish and regulate pilot procedures and training for that company.
Mr. Kenyon's practice emphasizes estate planning strategies and the preparation of wills and trusts. He also represents clients with a variety of closely-held business issues, including business entity formation and contracts. Prior to starting his own practice in 1999, Mr. Kenyon worked for two prominent law firms in Denver where he assisted companies and underwriters with initial public offerings, negotiated and closed high-tech company venture capital financing and private placements, assisted in business acquisition transactions and provided day to day corporate counseling. He was a Navy pilot for eight years before he attended law school. Mr. Kenyon grew up in Costa Rica and is fluent in Spanish. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree with distinction from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Arts degree from American University, and his law degree from the University of Colorado. He resides in Arvada, Colorado with his wife and his three daughters. Mr. Kenyon enjoys running, mountain biking, skiing, flying, and attending his daughters' ballet performances and soccer games.
